Zoho Invoice

Zoho Invoice is a forever-free invoicing service for small businesses, freelancers and entrepreneurs. It supports up to two users, two organisations per account, three projects and 500 invoices per year. Free features include tax-compliant and recurring invoices, quotes, expenses, time tracking, reminders, reports, customer portals and supported payment-gateway connections.

The free service is capped at two users, three projects and 500 invoices each organisation year. “Powered by Zoho Invoice” branding cannot be removed; unbranded documents require moving to Zoho Billing. Payment providers can charge their own transaction fees and availability differs by country. Zoho says data associated with an account inactive for more than 180 days can be deleted within the following 20 days after notice unless the user logs in or backs it up.

Freelancers and very small businesses that send fewer than 500 invoices annually and want invoicing, expenses and time tracking without a software subscription.
