Wave Starter

Wave Starter is a $0 plan for businesses located in the United States and Canada. It includes unlimited estimates, invoices, bills and manually entered bookkeeping records, plus customer and cash-flow management in one dashboard. Users can create invoices in the mobile app and may apply to accept online payments on a transaction-fee basis.

New Wave accounts are available only to businesses in the United States and Canada; US territories are not supported. Starter does not include automatic bank-transaction imports, automatic merging or categorisation, unlimited receipt capture, automated late-payment reminders, third-party integrations or general additional-user access. Those require Pro or paid add-ons. Online payments require separate eligibility approval and transaction fees, and sending documents automatically through Wave depends on online payments or Pro; Starter users can still share links or PDFs.

Solo US or Canadian small-business owners who want unlimited basic invoicing and are comfortable entering bookkeeping transactions manually.
