Trello Free costs $0 and supports up to ten collaborators in a Workspace, up to ten open boards, unlimited cards, unlimited Power-Ups per board, assignees, due dates, an unlimited activity log and mobile apps. Storage is unlimited in aggregate with a 10 MB cap per file, and each Workspace receives 250 automation command runs per month.

The collaborator and open-board limits apply per Workspace, and all members of a free Workspace are administrators. Calendar, Timeline, Table, Dashboard, Map and Workspace views plus CSV export require a paid plan. Automation allowance is pooled across the Workspace and resets monthly; deleting activity does not restore it. Power-Ups can be free to enable while their third-party services charge separately.

Individuals and small teams that need simple visual boards, checklists, assignments and light automation without advanced reporting.
