Notion Free costs $0 and gives an individual unlimited pages and blocks for notes, documents, wikis and databases, plus basic forms and sites, unlimited published pages, one notion.site domain, one chart and workspace export to HTML, Markdown and CSV. It includes seven days of page history, up to ten external guests and a limited trial of Notion AI.

The unlimited page-and-block allowance applies to individual use; workspaces with two or more members have a block limit. Each uploaded file is capped at 5 MB, page history is limited to seven days and only ten external guests are included. Database automations are limited to basic buttons, and advanced site, chart and permission features require paid plans. Notion AI is a limited trial rather than a recurring free AI entitlement.
