Ideogram Free

Ideogram Free provides 10 Slow credits each week, enough for up to 10 prompts or 40 images because a standard prompt generates four results. It includes two canvases, browser access and an iOS app. Ideogram does not claim ownership of generated images or restrict their use, including commercial use, subject to law, third-party rights and its Terms of Service.

Free users have no priority queue, image upload or private generation, and every generated image is public. Other people can view or remix public work, so confidential prompts and client material do not belong on this plan. Free downloads are slightly compressed JPG files; original-quality PNG, editing, background tools, upscaling and image deletion require a paid plan. The weekly allowance is prompt-based, so retries also consume scarce credits.

Public visual experiments, poster or logo concepts and typography-heavy image ideas where 10 weekly prompts are enough and compressed JPG output is acceptable.
