Calendly Free is an always-free plan for individuals. It allows one reusable one-on-one event type, one connected calendar and unlimited meetings. Users can customise availability and the booking page, send confirmation emails, embed scheduling on a website, add video-conference details, and use Calendly’s mobile apps and browser extension.

Only one active event type and one connected calendar are included. Group, collective and round-robin scheduling, unlimited event types, multiple conflict calendars, automated reminder/follow-up workflows, payment collection and advanced CRM or automation integrations require paid plans. New users may receive a 14-day paid-feature trial, but Calendly says accounts automatically downgrade to Free when it ends.

Individuals who schedule one consistent type of one-to-one meeting and need a simple public booking link without per-meeting charges.
