Airtable Free

Airtable Free is an ongoing $0 workspace plan for individuals and very small teams. Each base can contain up to 1,000 records and 1 GB of attachments. A free workspace supports up to five Editor or Creator collaborators, 50 Commenters and unlimited Read-only collaborators, plus 1,000 API calls and 100 automation runs per month. Airtable currently includes 500 monthly AI credits for each collaborator with Editor permission or above.

The 1,000-record cap applies across all tables in a base, and API calls are capped at 1,000 per workspace each month. Automation is limited to 100 runs monthly, with no Run a script action and restricted automation email recipients. Revision and snapshot history lasts two weeks. Extensions, record colouring and some calendar and form customisation are unavailable; Airtable branding cannot be removed from forms. A newly created account’s first workspace begins with a 14-day Team trial before it can remain on Free.

Individuals and very small teams building lightweight trackers, content calendars, inventories or internal databases that stay comfortably below 1,000 records per base.
